  • Why Do A Ninja Kidz Birthday Party?
    Ninja Kidz Action Park is the best venue for a kid's birthday party! We provided a safe, fun, and immersive experience for all birthday kids! We are the top-rated trampoline park in all of Texas and we pride ourselves in providing a remarkable and awesome experience. Each party has a dedicated host, full access to a room or table, and access to every attraction in our park. Your kids will love being apart of the Ninja Kid family here at our action park and it will be sure to be awesome!
  • Are Parents Included In The Party Package?
    Parents do not count as jumpers if they are there to observe their child. Any parent can come and be an observer for free. If a parent wants to participate and jump/use the attractions, they will be counted as a jumper in your party package.
  • Can I Add/Subtract Jumpers Later?
    Yes. We can add/subtract jumpers to your event the day of your event. Please note that pizza order changes require 48hr notice.
  • Is The Birthday Child Included In The Count?
    Yes! The birthday child is part of the jumper count.
  • How Old Do I have To Be To Have My Birthday At Ninja Kidz Action Park?
    All ages are welcome to celebrate their birthday at Ninja Kidz!
  • What Time Is Check-in For Birthday Parties?
    All your guests will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your party start time (make sure to include this on your invites!) This allows time for the entire group to get through check-in and verify waivers.
  • What Happens During Check-in?
    First you will be greeted by your party host! Waivers will be verified; you will receive wristbands and grip socks. You will be led by your host to your private room or table. After the party, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance and anything added during the party.
  • When Do I Have Access To The Party Room/Table?
    The party room/table is available to you for the full two hours of your reservation. That 2 hours begins at your appointed party time. Our hosts ensure that everything is setup and ready for you and your guests. Our parties are set up to jump for the first hour and enjoy food & cake the last hour.
  • What Does The Party Host Do?
    The first priority is to ensure the birthday child feels special and is a VIP for the day! Your party host will ensure your room/table is set up with plates, napkins, and utensils. They will assist with the cake and decoration set-up, food and beverages during the time in your party room or at your party table and clean up.
  • Do You Provide Paper Goods?
    Yes. We provide plates, napkins and utensils for all guests!
  • How Many Pizzas & Drinks Are Included In The Price?
    With the SILVER and GOLD VIP party packages, 1 large pizza is provided for every 5 jumpers. You may add more during the online check-out process. Bottled water is provided for all Jumpers. The BRONZE party package does not include pizza or drinks.
  • What Drinks Are Included?
    We provide bottled waters for Gold VIP & Silver party packages. Fountain drinks can be added to any party for $6 per pitcher.
  • Can I Purchase Additional Pizzas?
    Yes. Please call or email us at least 48 hours prior to your party to purchase additional pizza(s).
  • Can I Bring My Own Snacks Or Food?
    With the SILVER and GOLD VIP party packages, you can bring additional food and/or beverages for no extra charge. If you purchased the BRONZE party package you can bring food and beverages for a $50 fee. Adult beverages are prohibited.
  • Who Needs Waivers And How Do We Sign?
    All jumpers AND observers need a signed waiver. Electronic waivers are active for 1 year. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. Waivers can be completed online before your party here on our online site
  • Can I Sign A Waiver At The Park?
    Yes. It is ideal to do it online ahead of time here but it can be done at the park. If under age 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Can I Get Extra Jump Time?
    Yes! you can add 30 minutes of jump time for $7 per jumper or 60 minutes of jump time for $12 per jumper to any of our party packages! This can be done during the check-in process. Simply let your host know and they will make it happen. Please note that your private room or party table will not be extended during this time.
  • Is There A Birthday Party Discount For Month To Month Members?
    Yes! Our VIP members enjoy a 20% discount on regular priced birthday parties. Memberships start at $16.99/month and can be purchased here. The discount will be applied to your party during the check-out process. Please mention you are a member to your host and they will take care of you.
  • Do You Provide Invitations?
    Yes! You can find an editable e-vite here!
  • What If There Is More Than One Birthday Guest?
    We always want to acknowledge guests celebrating their birthday, so please tell us the names and ages of all those celebrating a birthday at Airborne.
  • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    There is a 72-hour grace period after the time of booking where the deposit may be refunded. After this 72-hour period, the deposit is non-refundable. Parties may be rescheduled at any time before or after the 72-hour window, but the deposit will not be refunded for parties cancelled after the window has passed. Events booked within 72 hours of the date of their event will not receive a refund.
  • Is A Deposit Required To Make A Birthday Reservation?
    Yes, A $100-$150 deposit is required at the time of booking, online or over the phone. The deposit is applied to the total price of your birthday party package.
  • When Do I Pay The Rest Of My Balance?
    During the check-out process the day of your event
  • How Much Jump Time Does My Party Have?
    Our parties are set up to jump the first 60 minutes of your party. During this time, you have full access to your party table/room. After jump time (60 minutes), you and your guests will then have another 60 minutes of party room/table time. Here you can eat pizza, cut the cake and open presents.
